Beinn, Green Lady, Lamacchia, Kai Mark

+Beinn- is a Gaelic word that can either be a mountain or high hill, which can be used in reference to someone who takes the high road or someone who holds their head high and maintains dignity, integrity and sincerity as they navigate this cold and dark world

+Green Lady- firmly rooted in early 70's British folk revival along with generous helpings of Alt Country and Classic Rock, rounded out by the electric guitar-scapes

+Lamacchia- is what we wish post-aughts music would have sounded like; layered with new-wave moodiness, and akin to Autolux, Massive Attack, Doves and Liars, to name a few.

+Kai Mark- is an exploration of catharsis through song, endured and then captured by songwriter Bryan Louie (The Twin, Joshua Fit For Battle)

Pete Galub, Jo Williamson, Clara Kennedy

Pete Galub (Tape Hiss, The Silos, The Human Hearts) has put together an afternoon of music with top-notch performers.  Pete himself will sing many of his psych/pop originals. Some have been featured in the films of Hal Hartley.

Jo Williamson pens and sings songs. She has released many fine albums, including "Be The Man" which was produced by Martha Wainwright..She sings out once a month to fight her darkness.  Clara Kennedy might be more known as a virtuoso cellist. She sings and plays wonderful fingerstyle guitar. Pete has great taste, and doesn't do this too much, so don't miss this fine afternoon of music!

Phantom Tollbooth (1st NYC show in 20 years!), Subskin Cables, Baby Spiders

Phantom Tollbooth - We're hugely honored to be closing out the 2025 Dot Dash Series with this special reunion! First NYC show in 20 year for this classic 80s NYC band on Homestead Records.  We spun their records to death on college radio back in the day - classic 80s "alternative" noise-rock who shared the stage with bands like Sonic Youth, Minutemen, Butthole Surfers, Big Black and more. They got back together this year for the DromFest upstate and we convinced them to play one more show - THRILLED!!!

Subskin Cables - Art-rockers who had their start in the fertile 80s Boston scene.  Band leader, Fernando Avila, since moved to NYC and re-started the band in the 20-teens. As they aptly noted on their bandcamp page - "Psychedelic Punk Rock" - yep!

Baby Spiders - New York City heavy indie rock trio comprised of Tony Zajkowski and Rob Youngberg, formerly of Lotion, on guitar and drums respectively, and Anton Sword, of Anton Sword & The We Ours, Blythe Sword, and formerly of J.C. & Anphibius, on keyboards. Think Cream meets early Pink Floyd late at night in a turkish bathouse.

Live Skull, Quattracenta, Katheryn McGaffigan w Hannah Moorhead

Live Skull, Quattracenta, Katheryn McGaffigan w Hannah Moorhead

+Live Skull-Legendary NY noise rock band of the manic 80’s, live and kicking. New York Times critic Robert Palmer called them “as challenging, as spiritually corrosive, and ultimately as transcendent as Albert Ayler’s mid-’60s free-jazz or the implacable drone-dance of the early Velvet Underground. It’s one of the essential sounds of our time.

+Quattracentaa- is a three-piece, no-wave art rock band from Baltimore, MD. Like an early Renaissance painting, their music is grand, saturnine, and cathartic.

+Katheryn McGaffigan w Hannah Moorhead (Giraffes)- Katheryn McGaffigan with Hannah Moorhead: Raw, driven acoustic songs with haunting melodies

Drummers Can Achieve, The Lookout Honeys, The Planes

Drummers Can Achieve, The Lookout Honeys, The Planes

+Drummers Can Achieve- sling upbeat power pop and shoegaze songs that poke fun at the randomness, heartbreak, joy, and absurdity of modern life.  This indie rock quartet crafts high-energy, toe-tapping ditties about the pets that own us, cities that change shape, skinwalkers passing as people, and the plight of mammals creating art from inside the belly of a capitalistic beast.

+The Lookout Honeys- una banda punk femenina, have played three short tours in Latin America, as well as an overabundance of shows while traveling through the states near their hometown of Brooklyn. This all-female group is bursting with hot-rodding riffs and snarling vocals, hearkening back to classic dark punk.

+The Planes- are a four-piece indie rock band from Brooklyn, NY. Since their founding in 2010 by guitarist/singer Stephen Perry, they’ve earned a reputation for writing catchy indie rock jams, showing up to gigs on time, and taking that last drink ticket off your hands, y’know, if you’re not going to use it anyway and it would just go to waste.
