+PI Power Trio: Pat Irwin (The Raybeats, 8 Eyed Spy) on guitar, Sasha Dobson (Puss and Boots) on drums and vocals, and Daria Grace (The Pre-War Ponies) on bass and vocals, combines elements of classic instrumental rock and roll and film noir with abstract vocals from Dobson and Grace. You might hear equal parts B-52s and Raybeats, but you’ll also hear a little bit of the influence of The Black Keys and the White Stripes and the soundtracks of Nino Rota.
